Eligibility Criteria:

- You must join our official Rio-Vitalise WhatsApp community.
- You will be sent a unique link to join upon purchase.
- Daily Accountability:
- You must post a photo or video every morning and evening in the WhatsApp group, showing yourself either taking the oil or preparing to take it.
- These updates help track consistent use, as missing doses can affect results.
- Duration:
- You must continue this routine for a minimum of 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
Refund Requests:
- Refunds will only be processed if you have provided consistent daily updates for the full duration.
- If a single day is missed or skipped, the guarantee becomes void.
Requesting a Refund:
- If you have met the eligibility criteria, you can request a refund by:

- Including proof of participation (screenshot of your posts).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Exclusions:
- Refunds are not applicable if:
- The buyer fails to join the WhatsApp community.
- There is a lack of consistent daily updates as specified.
- The oil is used improperly or for less than the 30-day period.
- If the product isn’t 1800mg this will not apply if you purchase 600/1200mg
